HOW DOES VIDEO GUIDED TRAINING WORK?

Our videos are split into different categories to allow you to go from single combinations to full boxing routines with video and audio guidance along the way. Along the way, StrikeTec will measure your strengths and weaknesses.

Set Routines are a great way to keep sharp and work on technique or accuracy. Workout with great trainers & pros such as James Vick, Nate Bower & Susan Kocab.

NATE BOWER

MY BACKGROUND

Nate is a former athlete with championship winds and boxing and multi sport. Competitive sports led him to become a personal trainer, boxing instructor, YouTuber, an online fitness coach. Nate strives to bring his clients and online followers the best training and workouts possible. “I’m a believer that we have the power to be better than we were, so we live better than we did today will prepare us for tomorrow. Let’s do this!!

WHAT I TEACH

Nate teaches boxing and bootcamps with workouts less than 40 minutes that are filled with high intensity energy filled conditioning. PETER HERNANDEZ

MY BACKGROUND

Pete is a boxing coach at title boxing where he teaches classes from beginner to advanced skill levels. Pete strives to keep his audience engaged and motivated along with learning new skill sets each class. Pete breaks down the essentials from wrapping your hands all the way to the proper technique for each type of punch so that you get the most out of your boxing routine.

SUSAN KOCAB

MY BACKGROUND

Susan is a charismatic boxing instructor with skill set to back it up. She has a background in both boxing and Muay Thai, spending more than a year in Thailand training with the best. She’s competed in both boxing and Muay Thai events domestically and internationally.

Susan teaches a variety of boxing combinations, set routines and full boxing aerobic routines that will ensure you burn those extra calories.

JAMES VICK

MY BACKGROUND

James is a veteran MMA fighter currently ranked in the UFC. He has been training in MMA/Boxing for more than 10 years and ranked with some of the top fighters in the world today at 155 pounds.

WHAT I TEACH

James teaches us him as his favorite combos and setups that he is used in previous fights that have gotten him to a victory. Learned some awesome setups and counterstrike’s from a top level striker.

RYAN “BABY FACE” BENOIT

MY BACKGROUND

Ryan is a top-level MMA fighter also fighting for the UFC at 145lbs weight class. He has competed all across the US and has been fighting on the UFC roster for more than 3 years.

RYAN “BLUE CHIP” MARTIN

MY BACKGROUND

Blue Chip is professional boxer currently holding the WBC Intercontinental champion title of the super lightweight division. With a record of 22-0, he brings the skills and knowledge that he has learned to the StrikeTec platform.

Blue Chip teaches some of his favorite combinations and set routines that he is used in previous boxing matches throughout his undefeated career.
