Training Modes

Quick Start

Quick Start Training gives you the ability to adjust Round Time, Rest or No Rounds. The performance graph shows a real-time speed or power graph to monitor your training progress.

Round Training

Round Training is similar to quick start, only the training screen has a Timer Style view instead of a performance graph.

Combos & Sets

Combinations and Set Routines are for all skill levels from beginner to professional. Browse through our database of combinations and get interactive feedback from each one you try.

Scripted Rounds

Scripted Rounds are a series of Combinations built into individual routines to make the ultimate fitness routines. StrikeTec offers a variety of routines from Core & Abs, Cardio, Speed, Power and more.

QUICK START

ROUNDS

Train with rounds and rest.

NO ROUNDS

Train without rounds. No time limits.

SETTINGS

ROUNDS – The number of Rounds that you will be training.

TIME – The amount of time in each round.

REST – The amount of time in between each round before next round begins.

PREPARE – This allows you time to put on your gloves and get ready to start training. After the Prepare timer counts down, your 1st Round will begin.

WARNING – Warning time flashes red warning signal to warn time is almost out. Try this function to increase your work load for the last 30 seconds.

WEIGHT – Keep track of your weight as you are training so StrikeTec can tell you your most efficient weight for your performance.

PERFORMANCE GRAPH

Monitor your performance in real-time. Choose between Speed or Power to show the graph that represents your performance. To choose the speed graph, just press the speed cell (13mph). To choose the power graph, press the power cell (255lbs)

LEFT HAND

This side shows your overall LEFT HAND average for Speed and Power for this particular training session.

RIGHT HAND

This side shows your overall RIGHT HAND average for Speed and Power for this particular training session.

ROUND TIMER MODE

Use this option for a Timer style layout.

PREPARE TIME

Give yourself enough time to prep your hands and gloves before you start training.

ROUND TIMER

This the Round Timer view, the background will remain green until the warning light appears.

WARNING TIME

This is set in your settings in order to warn you when your time is running out. Use a 15-30 second warning light to turn up the pace before the round ends.

REST TIME

This time is set in your settings and will allow you time to rest and recover in between each round.

COMBOS & SET ROUTINES

In this section you will find Combinations for all skill sets from Beginner, Amateur, Intermediate and Professionals.

COMBINATION ROUTINES

Use the Filter in the Top to find the combinations and sets for your skill level. Here are how the combinations are ranked based on skill level.

Click the video thumbnail on the right hand side of each combination  to see the video of one of our trainers before you try it out.

To begin a combinations or set routine, highlight the preferred one click start training at the bottom.

On the next screen press Start Training again and the app will wait until you throw the first punch. Each punch will be recognized based on your technique.

TRAINING

Correct Punches will be marked as a Green Octagon below. Incorrect punches will be marked as Red.

The current punch will be highlighted by the number that represents the punch and the type of punch will be shown right above. The punch that you throw, will be logged at the top of the screen.

These Scripted Routines are formulated by our trainers for your specific needs. We have a variety of training routines for Abs & Core workouts, Cardio & Conditioning, Power Drills, Speed Drills, Footwork, General Bag Training and more. Rank the workout so that other users can enjoy the best workouts on the platform. We will continue to bring new routines to you based on their rankings. Follow along with our audible coaching and focus on your workout. StrikeTec will keep track of your progress and give you a performance break down during and after your routine is completed.
