Round Training is similar to quick start, only the training screen has a Timer Style view instead of a performance graph.

CHATTING AND NOTIFICATIONS
Scripted Rounds are a series of Combinations built into individual routines to make the ultimate fitness routines. StrikeTec offers a variety of routines from Core & Abs, Cardio, Speed, Power and more.
Here are some features that the StrikeTec platform offer to connect users around the world. Remember, StrikeTec is a tool. A tool developed for the you (the user) to learn and train and allow you to both see your own analysis of your performance along with developing the knowledge and understanding of what methods work best for you. Connect with others around the world to share those experiences and learn from theirs.
HOME SCREEN BREAKDOWN
The home screen was designed to give you easy access to connect with others on the platform along with checking your personal performances.

On the My Progress tab you will see an overview of your weekly Speed and Power Stats. To change the graph stats, you can press Speed and Power to see the graph adjust to those particular overall averages for the day. These are all of your workout routines combined for that particular date.
This screen breaks down each of your performance for the selected week. Each Performance will be ranked based on our StrikeTec Performance Review scoring system to show you how well your performance. This ranking system has been developed over the last 8 years scoring different skill levels from Beginner to Professional. The colors will represent the performance.
RED : Bad Performance
YELLOW: Average Performance
GREEN: Excellent Performance
Load and compare other training sessions from the past. Select the date range by pressing the yellow circle and pressing which 2 dates to search between.
Use the left and right arrows to scroll to previous weeks. To select more than one week at a time, use the calendar option.
SPEED | POWER REVIEW
Choose the performance ranking of your listed training sessions between speed and power. When selected, your training sessions will be ranked in color based on the performance of either speed or power.
Select the desired training session that you would like to review. Note that the color of the sessions on this screen is how your overall performance for that specific session ranks. In session details, you will be able to see more details on each punch.
TRAINING SESSION REVIEW
Here are the options for the different Training Mode reviews.
Endurance: Measured in Punches Per Minute, allows the you to gauge your output in volume for each round.
Speed: Measured in Miles Per Hour
Power: Measured in Pounds of Force
QUICK TRAINING w/ ROUNDS
If your session has multiple rounds, you will see each round along with the Endurance, Speed, Power. Click a preferred round to see more details.
REVIEWING STATS IN DETAIL
Let's take a deeper look into the details of the stats.
Use the Sorting feature to sort by punch order, speed, power.
TIP: Sort Speed Column from highest to lowest and see which punches you were throwing during the beginning or end of the round.
EXAMPLE: If you have 100 punches and your highest speed or power are high numbers (80-100), your endurance is great. This means you are not slowing down towards the end of the round.
If your highest speed/power punches are in the lower punch order (1-30) you are showing signs of fatigue, you should practice throwing a higher volume of punches per round.
